CPA Exam and Bonus

The Firm recognizes and values the importance of the CPA designation.  Obtaining the license to practice as a CPA reflects the professional’s personal commitment to his or her chosen career, as well as the necessary skills and proficiency to provide a high-quality level of service to the Firm’s clients.  To encourage and support each professional in their attainment of the CPA designation, the Firm provides a library of study material and Coaches to encourage, counsel, and track the progress of each professional.

The Firm will offer to provide an interest-free loan for purposes of testing fees, study materials, or review courses to prepare for the exam.  In addition, the Firm will pay an incentive bonus upon successful completion of the CPA exam.  The Firm will also provide time off to take the exam.

Wardrobe Loan for New Hires

The Firm will offer new employees an interest free loan to assist with the cost of their work wardrobe or other costs related to the transition from the academic world to the working world.

Continuing Professional Education

We provide training through our alliance with McGladrey, the AICPA, the ASCPA and through our industry specialists and on-the job training.  Employees receive at least the minimum 40 hours of CPE required by the state board each year.

Mentoring

Mentoring is a process by which one individual encourages and supports the development of another individual with the potential for growth.  Each employee is assigned a mentor who is at least at the next level to provide guidance and support to succeed professionally and personally.  This is in addition to the semi-annual performance reviews and engagement feedback.
